Accessible, competent and reliable are perfect descriptors for Aristo Travel. I have been using Tina for over 10 years to book my travel arrangements to the Caribbean, and have never been disappointed.

We have been using Tina Chouramanis as our travel agent for 15 years! She is fantastic. Not only does she take care of everything, but she watches promos and sales and will take the best advantage possible for us and our vacation. Lawrence Academy has worked with Aristo Travel since 2001. Each March the school sends out between 10-13 study trips both domestically and internationally, which comprise about a third of our student population. The majority of these trips are arranged through Aristo Travel. They have earned our allegiance by being efficient, prompt and considerate of our program needs. They also support their trips should emergencies arise, such as the time we had twelve students and two teachers stranded in Miami for three days during a snowstorm. The good reports have spread around the school, so that many teachers and students use Aristo Travel for their personal travel as well.

There are numerous reasons I highly recommend Tina Chourmanis and Aristo Travel Service but for this brief I will focus on two stories.
I have used Aristo Travel for all of my school Habitat for Humanity learning experiences. Tina’s work is prompt and thoughtful. She finds the best options for group airfare and ground transportation. I have had several issues with airlines and car agencies that would not have been resolved without Tina’s professional expertise.
In one situation I called her at midnight to arrange transportation home the next morning for my wife because she had an accident on the Habitat site. She did the work with empathy and expediency. Within one half hour she had air and car service taken care of.
Just one more story. So you think all of those on-line travel companies are better than travel agents – not so. I thought I might save money booking my own trip to Key West for our anniversary. Tina not only saved me a considerable amount of money she got us a room upgrade in the savings.

Tina booked us the most perfect honeymoon we could have asked for. We gave her little more than a destination and a few specifics such as private bungalows and 2+ islands during our stay to the Cook islands. Tina clearly did her research booking us to the most beautiful beach and over water bungalows. Although she had never sent anyone to the Cook Islands before she managed everything as if she herself was going on the trip. Everything ran so smoothly, all we needed was the vouchers she sent us. We will be using Tina for any of our exotic vacations in the future!

For many years, my husband and I planned and executed our many vacations on the internet. It worked out fine, but we were not always sure we got the best offers or correctly understood the the miasma of booking online. Nearly ten years ago, we decided to have Tina Chouramanis plan a trip for us through her agency – Aristo Travel, and we haven’t looked back since. We travel on several major trips each year, and Tina takes care of all of our arrangements. From airport transportation, airline reservations, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, etc., Tina’s attention to detail is impeccable!! Nothing is too much trouble for Tina and Aristo Travel. She has made wonderful preparations for us while guaranteeing the best prices and careful attention to each feature of our trips. As an example, last March we traveled to Cuba. The nature of this journey required multiple layers of security and other aspects unique to the location. Tina worked with us for days to ensure that our preparations were flawless, and our trip was undertaken without incident.
There are times when even Tina’s faultless attention to detail can be undermined by airlines that experience delays, hotels whose personnel are not conscientious, services not rendered to standard, etc. It is at those times that Tina’s relentless care for her clients is most apparent. She has retrieved fees and expenses that we were unnecessarily charged or charged for services delivered in less-than-stellar fashion. Tina looks out for her clients like a parent looks out for his/her children. We would not think booking our many holidays without Aristo Travel and Tina. We have recommended Aristo Travel to friends and family who have acquired the same sentiments.
